Candles can have other uses besides torture!

Pic by JamillaNawa.jpgWax play is a form of play where hot wax from a burning candle is poured onto a person's naked skin. This can be fun and quite arousing for both the Top or the bottom. If done correctly, it is a perfectly safe form of play and can spice up an evening of kinky games. There is an initial burning sensation as the melted wax hits the skin but this quickly dissipates, especially if one uses paraffin wax, which melts at approximately 130 to 135 degrees Fahrenheit (54 to 57 degrees Celsius). Beeswax melts at much higher degrees so should be avoided. Adding mineral oil will make the wax a little cooler and softer.
One can get creative and play with colours and make a beautiful human canvass with different patterns.Tests have shown that colored wax does not actually burn at higher temperatures.
A fun game would be to mix wax play with ice play while the person receiving is blindfolded. One alternately mixes the heat of the wax with the coolness of ice cubes, creating a sexy climate of anticipation for the receiver.

Yay! Wax! It's always fun, especially when I'm in a picture talking about it! ;-)
