My new love affair with Aeternis
That's it! I'm in love!
On September 27th, I finally met her: Æternis... Not only is she a cute little girl (she's 25), but she's a talented designer for two well known goth boutiques in Montreal. And maybe that's what should keep you reading...
At the Club Saints was held the Black Masquerade, a night high in darkness where has been presented a fashion show embellished with dancing and a theatrical touch. The party was held to celebrate the 5th year of existence of Æternis. Believe me, it was a real blast!
What's it with fashion and fetish? Well, maybe fashion is one thing that hits my button... But for you guys, don't tell me you don't get aroused by a beautyful woman all in lace and corset! Or is it pvc? or a scenery in wich you play a victorian gentleman with your little one? I guess it's girls in military, hey? Shall we continue? Ok, maybe when you're done with your fantasy...

Who's Æternis? As I said, a cute little "vampire looking" girl who can make your most silly dreams come true. I mean, if those dreams are about fabric!
From unique flamboyant creations to urban streetwear, Æternis gets involved in the most diverse aspects of gothic fashion. In boutiques or in a show, on the streets or in clubs, her clothing brings originality and audacity to a otherwise plain modern life.
The Black Masquerade was the right place to appreciate it! Guests were dressing according to the code, either goth, fetish, cyber, victorian, pvc/latex, lolita, or anything elegant and formal. Prizes were given to the guests that were showing the most audacity in the attire. There was a dance floor, bars, and special guests known in the local scene (Malefice, Calamity, FFR Danse, Maïté, Vainsang Orphia...).
I bet that plenty of people went back home with their eyes still popping out in excitation, "daydreaming" about their next outfit or the fabulous games they could do with it...
Me? I was absolutely crazy about that show. And guess what? NOW could be the time for you guys to say: "Please, Lady! Let me show you my appreciation for your hard work on those articles and order for you several outfits by Æternis. You know I'm your devoted servant..."
Oh well, at least I can hope and try...
